Shipping and Delivery Terms
Delivery Time
The estimated delivery times are stated on the product pages. These delivery times are not binding.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer.
Shipment is effected with Swiss Post (Switzerland, non-EU countries) and DHL/DPD or similar (EU countries) at our discretion.
Every order includes a tracking number, so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Shipping Rates
The shipping rates are calculated based on the delivery address and weight of your order. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
- Switzerland: from CHF 9.00
- EU: from EUR 9.00
- Non-EU: from EUR 18.50
The delivery fees do not include customs fees, duties or taxes. These will be collected by the carrier locally where applicable.
Transit Times
- Switzerland: usually 2-3 days
- EU: usually 3-5 days
- Non-EU: usually 7-14 days
Transport Damage
Each piece is carefully packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. In case you still find your order being damaged during transportation please:
- take good quality photos of the packaging and the item clearly showing the damage
- contact us within 48 hours of the delivery through our contact form and include the pictures contact form
We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
Please note that delivery charges are excluded from any refund.
